With the various demands and general wear and tear experienced in the life cycle of a power tool, RYOBI prides itself on an extensive spare parts inventory to support your individual needs.

Lead by our country wide service department who are there for your after sales needs, sourcing of spare parts follows the following processes.

RYOBI service centres are available in all major centres around South Africa and Namibia and can be referenced here: https://ryobi.co.za/service-support/

Dropping in at one of our 6 centres with your model in question is where you can start the process of sourcing the needed spare part. Our on-site team will assist you when you get there.

For acquiring spares in areas outside of the dedicated RYOBI service centres, there are two options for acquiring what you need.

1: Get in touch with and buy from RYOBI directly. An email to info@ryobi.co.za is how you can place an order. Once the item is ready you can collect from an assigned collection point, or RYOBI can arrange a registered courier at an additional fee. For the above transaction to be executed an EFT payment will need to be made before shipping of the part.

2: Users can go to a local RYOBI stockists and see whether the part needed is in stock. If that branch does not have stock, they can then order from RYOBI directly on your behalf.

In both of these scenarios, if the product is outside of the warranty period, proof of payment has not been retained or if the damage to the product is not covered by the warranty (refer to your warranty sheet included in the product’s box to see what repairs/spares are not covered by warranty), the customer will be required to cover the cost of repairs and/or spares.

Please note that all spares are kept at Midrand branch in Gauteng. They are then distributed to the required stockist or service centre upon request. As a result, please expect a delay in receiving if the spares are being sent to a city/area outside of Johannesburg.
